The Instagram clothing shop owner processed up to 80 orders per day manually: replied in DMs, clarified sizes and colors, recorded in spreadsheets, sent payment details. This took 4+ hours daily. Orders got lost, clients went to competitors.

Solution

Built a Telegram bot that fully replaced manual processing. The client writes the article and size — the bot checks availability, sends photos, price and payment details, automatically records the order in Google Sheets.
